A desktop application for analysts working with register data

Peromat reads official extracts from state registers in XLSX, JSON and PDF, merges them into an analytical report and flags risks. Everything runs locally, with full confidentiality of your data.

Data import

Loading official extracts in XLSX, JSON and PDF with automatic detection of the register type and structure, and conversion into JSON.

Person detection

Extraction of information about individuals (full name, personal data, identifiers, contacts) with automatic and manual grouping of records about the same person, and assignment of their status and links.

Property and asset detection

Information about property, its value and characteristics, changes of legal title and other historical data. Comparison of the values stated in different documents with the market value at the moment of acquisition.

Activity and media profile

Detection of facts about a person recorded in registers, plus automated discovery of any mentions of them across information sources. An intelligent system assesses the tone of what it finds.

Infographics

Clear, interactive charts of the facts found and of the balance between assets and property, with convenient timelines for each item.

Analytical report

An interactive tool for building reports and analytical summaries, with control over which elements are shown, how they are sorted and grouped. Export to DOCX, PDF, MD and JSON, or download the whole document package as one archive.

Peromat API — more data for your research

Beyond your own files, the application pulls data from our sources and adds it straight into the report.

Officials' declarations

Data from the NAZK register: search for a person by name and the full set of their declarations with every section — property, income, expenses, financial liabilities, corporate rights, related persons.

Court cases

Court cases and their participants — parties, representatives and procedural roles — together with reference lists of judges and courts for matching and normalising names.

Housing cost

Indicative construction cost of housing by region and reporting period — a benchmark for valuing real estate on a given date.

Exchange rates

Official and weighted rates, movements over a period and conversion of amounts — so figures from different sources can be brought to one currency on a chosen date.

How to get access?

The API key is issued to a specifically identified person. Access is granted only to journalists, state institutions and active members of civil society.

To get a key, write to [email protected] and state who you are, what the data will be used for and which sources you need. You will receive the access terms, the request limits and a key for testing in reply.
